4.9% Full Service MLS Listing
Our full service MLS is cheaper than our competitors and you get more for your money.
Here is how it works. We charge a 4.9% sales commission fee 3% to a Buyers Agent and 1.9% to our Agent rather than the normal 6% fee. The best thing about this is if you sell your home on your own you only owe us a 1% fee.
